About Annette Spetalieri
Annette is a retired Realtor and small business owner with a passion for shotgun shooting. She's been handling shotguns for nearly fifty years. While raising a family she was more of a hobbyist shooting for pleasure the shotgun games of skeet, trap, wobble and sporting clays. Once her child was grown, she upped her game and started competing weekly in local leagues and in sanctioned/registered shoots with the various national shooting associations. She knows what it takes to shoot in a competitive situation and can bring this knowledge and skill to her students. She is a certified National Sporting Clays Shooting Association Instructor. She is a certified National Rifle Association Shotgun Instructor as well. She was first certified as a Range Safety Officer by the NRA in 2013 and has been instructing newly hired trappers/safety officers employed by Bull Run Shooting Center for about 10 years. She is a certified referee by both the National Sporting Clays Shooting Association and the National Skeet Shooting Association. She shoots competitively weekly on a local skeet team with her husband and son. She's passionate about the sport and genuinely hopes to encourage more women to participate.
